French Modern Death Metal quartet, combining powerful, jerky rhythms (Decapiated, Meshuggah) with deep, dark melodies (Gojira, The Black Dahlia Murder).
DEATH STRUCTURE is a Modern Death Metal quartet from the north of France (Lille). It was the association of Sébastien Delcroix (bass) and Simon Ranwez (guitar/vocals), during the summer of 2016 that gave birth to the project.
August 2017, they record their first Ep entitled “Asphyxiate”, supported on drums by Romain Goulon (Benighted). This 4-track Ep evolves in a Brutal Death / Modern Metal register. The title track, “Principal Waste”, expresses the band’s commitment to denouncing man’s impact on the environment.
Joined by Charly on vocals and Maxime Goemaere (Dunkelnacht) on drums, they played a series of concerts during 2018/2019, bringing the band notoriety on the local Metal scene and on social networks.
After two years working together, the band records its first album. “Paroxysm” is released on December 09, 2021. The album is recognized in the “Violence” category by “Les Triomphes du Metal Français 2021”.
2025 saw the release of their 2nd album, “Le déni”, backed by M&O Music Label. A musical universe where the band fuses powerful, jerky rhythms with deep, dark melodies.
